Which products suit my needs?

We will happily assist you and answer all your questions about the content and function of our products, and how to use them. We can give you personal recommendations for what you can use to improve your healthy lifestyle. Just chat, call or email our customer service.

Can I change or cancel an order?

In order for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, our warehouse processes all orders within 15 minutes. This means that we are unfortunately not able to make any changes or cancel your order. If something goes wrong, we still ask you to contact us and we will do our best to try to solve it.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation?

We automatically send out an order confirmation email when you have completed your order. If you have not received your order confirmation, we ask that you check your email’s spam folder and if it is not there, contact our customer service.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with credit or debit cards, we accept both VISA and MasterCard.

Do you have free shipping?

All orders have free shipping.

What delivery service do you use?

We use all the fastest and best shipping partners, depending on the country, your package is shipped to. You will receive a tracking link within 24h after your order. The tracking link will allow you to keep track of your package all the way to your doorstep.

How long is the delivery time?

Depending on the delivery location, it usually takes 2-4 business days for the delivery to arrive from the day it was shipped.

Can I change my address or edit my order?

If your order has just been placed and not yet shipped, our Customer Experience team should be able to help you out with any minor address updates (adding/correcting street and/or apartment numbers; bigger updates like the zip code, city, or state cannot be changed). Please act quickly! Once the order has shipped, we’ll have limited options.

Regarding editing what’s in the order, this is something we cannot do unfortunately. We can, however, attempt to cancel an unshipped/pending order, but again, act quick so we can try to catch it!

How do I make a return?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. Simply put the return label on the package and return it at your most convenient Pakkeshop/Parcel Shop/Service Point. We do not accept returns of opened products.

What are the Return Conditions?

Our Return Guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the box and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, brochures, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

I want to return something. What should I do?

Returns are accepted on all items for any reason, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition and unopened. You can contact us on our chat or at [email protected] to arrange your return and get your RMA number.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 48h after receiving.
